I have brought my ticket online, when will they be delivered?
Our online ticket system will send you a confirmation email; your tickets will be an attachment on it. Usually a PDF file.
I haven’t received my tickets via email, what do I do?
Our ticketing system is called Eventbrite; so firstly check if you have received an email from them. If not then check your junk mail.
If you still haven’t received your tickets then please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the ticket holders name, the name and date of the event the tickets were brought for, how many tickets you brought, the date you brought them and a contact number. One of our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
The email tells me to print my tickets, but I haven’t got a printer. What do I do?
We accept that not everyone has a printer. We allow you to show us the tickets on your phone to prove that you have them.
My phone is old and I can’t show you my tickets. What do I do?
If your email email@example.com stating your name, what the problem is, the event and date you have brought tickets for or message us on Facebook or twitter, one of our team will get back to you within 24 and advise you what to do next.
Who do I contact to complain?
The management team do not actively monitor the venue Facebook and Twitter accounts, if you wish to submit a complaint please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Who do I contact regarding booking a party?
If you wish to discuss party arrangements with one of our team please feel free to email email@example.com or contact us on Facebook or Twitter. Please include your name, the number of guests, the date of your party and you phone number (please include the best times to be contacted) and one of our specialist party co-ordinators will get back to you within 24hours.
I lost something when I was at your venue, how do I get it back?
The management team do not actively monitor the venue Facebook and Twitter accounts, if you have lost something and wish to know if we have found is please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call them on 01775 712200. The regular office hours there are;
